For this dynamic duo, they already had standard headshots but were looking for an update and photos that connected more with them and their cliente. Plus, as a team they were looking for more photos that not only showed each other's personalities but included their dynamic together as well!  The Eden Team, which consists of Elle Pettit and Faviola Reyna, serve the Dallas area in helping clients find their dream place to call their home. 

Location & Props ideas for Realtor

While there are a lot of different locations that we could have gone to, we ultimately decided on a local beautifully modeled home. Every room had a pop of color stunning luxury decor that aligned perfectly with The Eden teams brand. The props they brought included things like coffee mugs, tablets, folders and even pages with their branding on them. 

I asked each of them to pick some of their favorite areas in the house, that way they could have photos that aligned with their uniqueness that balances them as a team. Faviola noticed the beautifully curved shaped steps in the home and Elle chose one of the downstairs bedrooms which included intricate details on the artwork and pillows.

As I mention in my 4 Types of Photos Every Business Needs for their Brand post, the action shot is a great way to “show” rather than simply telling everyone what it is you do. A way you could incorporate this shot as a realtor is by including photos of yourself staging a modeled home! In the bedroom Elle choose, she is staging the bed by adjusting and moving the pillows on the bed. This isn’t limited to just one room, trying moving around the house staging couches, flowers in vases, or even decor in the kitchen to switch up the variety.
